I first came to the Czech Republic in January 1995 and spent the first six years farming in western Bohemia. During this time I became more involved in the meat industry and began to start making bacon and sausages. As demand grew and the product range began to develop I decided to look for a shop in Prague.

In June 2003 I bought an existing butcher's shop in Prague 4 and modernised it to meet EU regulations.

We opened the Nusle - Prague 4 shop in September 2003 and since then have continued to expand. We opened our second shop in Dejvice - Prague 6 in October 2004. Our third shop in Prague 2 - Vinohrady opened at the end of March 2010 along with the addition of an eShopping facility to the website.

A significant part of our business is the supply of products to hotels, restaurants, catering companies and other outlets.

In Prague we deliver Monday to Friday and distribute a comprehensive range of products from fresh meat, bacon, sausages and any other items that we stock such as sauces, mustard, breakfast cereals, crisps etc.

We are able to offer competitive prices and reliable service.
