Welcome to our eshop!

After placing your order you will receive an email with confirmation of your order. We will then contact you as soon as possible to update you on the details and preparation of your order. Not all products are available on a daily basis, therefore the lead time on certain products might take longer. 

Please contact us if you have any special requests or if you are not able to find a certain product.
 

Collection service

Your order can be prepared in advance and be ready for you to collect from our shop (Monday - Friday 8.30 - 17.00, Saturday 8.30 - 12.00)

 

Delivery service - Prague

For orders in Prague and other specified locations we offer a delivery service. We deliver Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays usually between 12.00 – 15.30. 

We have no minimum order for our delivery service but for orders under 1000 Kč there is a 500 Kč delivery charge, for orders between 1000 - 3000 Kč there is a 300 Kč delivery charge and orders over 3000 Kč are free of charge. 

Payment should be made to our driver when delivering either by credit card or in cash. 

 

Delivery service outside Prague provided by company Cool Balík

Delivery times depend on the location and when the order was placed. Deliveries are made Tuesday - Friday depending on the location - a detailed map with regions can be found here (Czech only)

Please mention in the comments section your preferred delivery date. 

There is no minimum order but there is a delivery fee of 300 Kč.

Payment can be made via bank transfer (no additional fee) or to the driver by cash or card for a 39 Kč handling charge.

 

New collection points

Prague bakes stall at the Malostranské náměstí market - every Tuesday between 13.00 - 18.00

Prague bakes stall at the Vítězné náměstí (Kulaťák) market - every other Saturday between 10.00 - 14.00

Saffa maso Bistro in Prague 8 - Karlín, address Sokolovská 146/150a - Tuesday - Friday between 14.00 - 18.00

Payment can be made by bank transfer (invoice with QR code will be sent by email when the order has been prepared).

There is no minimum order but there is a 50 Kč handling fee. 

 

 

Meat packing instructions

When ordering meat products please specify any packing instructions in the comments box at the checkout. For example if you have ordered 3kg of beef mince that you would like to be packed in 500g packs please mention this in the comments box. Products packed in amounts less than 500g will be subject to a 5% surcharge.

Prices include either 12% or 21% VAT.
